Account and profile information
Provide accurate account information and keep your profile current. Your signup name and contact details appear in your editable member profile. A complete mailing address is required to create an account.
TIB Secured uses Wix as a service provider for member authentication and primary contact records. Your name, optional middle name or initial and suffix, phone number, and address are saved in your Wix member profile and associated contact record. Operational information is maintained separately within the TIB Secured platform.
Profile photos
Native member profile photos, where available, are stored in Wix Media Manager and linked to your member profile. As with standard profile images, the media file has a shareable image URL.
Member card display name
Your full profile name is retained. The name displayed on a member card is limited to 24 characters, including spaces and punctuation. Names that exceed this limit use the first initial and last name; if necessary, an ellipsis keeps the displayed name within the limit.
Orders and delivery details
When you place an order, your saved member contact details may prefill checkout. Review and edit the delivery address for that order before paying. Changing an order address does not automatically replace your member profile address.
Connected services
Review the requested information and permissions before connecting an application. A profile update does not grant a new application access to your account.
Account access and support
Keep your password and verification codes private. Use the account recovery process to reset a forgotten password. Do not send passwords or verification codes through support chat.
